At Graffiti 2 worship is one of our core values. We believe we worship through service, excellence, and personal evangelism. However, we also worship through music.
As a church plant in our early days, Graffiti 2 had a dilemma. We didn’t have any musicians in the church. Through the years God brought many people from outside the Bronx to help us worship through music. These musicians and singers enriched our lives.
At the same time, we began teaching students how to play instruments. De’sean learned guitar; Shamar learned drums; Matthew learned bass. Today our praise team is made up entirely of people from our church. Samantha sings; Matthew plays guitar; Noah plays drums; Paige plays bass; Nathan plays the cajon; Samuel helps with sound.
Together this team leads Graffiti 2 to Worship@335Beekman.
