G.S.A.L.T. students studying the Bible together.

Consider these words from Upside-Down Results written by Susan Field:

“Musicians have a wonderful tool at their disposal. It’s called a tuning fork. It is a metal rod that has two prongs at one end. When the fork is struck on something, it makes a resonant sound that strikes a “true” note (not sharp or flat). It is really quite wondrous to hear. That resonance is clear and true, and helps musicians tune their instruments to exactly the right pitch. With the life of the believer, the details of what God is calling one to are individualized, but the standard of God’s trueness rings throughout. That trueness of God often goes against the conventional wisdom of human cultures and organizations. One might say that it chimes a note upside down to what the song of the world gives.”

At Graffiti 2 we help people learn to tune their lives to God’s Word. They learn how to “keep in tune with wisdom and think what it means to have common sense” (Proverbs 2:2 CEV).

G2Kids studying @335Beekman — G2Kids study the Bible every day in after school program. This year Jacob, our children’s director, is leading our children through the entire Bible using **The Action Bible Curriculum**. This resource tells the stories of the Bible in a comic book format.

G.S.A.L.T. studying @335Beekman — G.S.A.L.T. study God’s Word from 4:30-5:00 every day. Josh, our youth director, “chimes a note upside down to what the song of the world gives” to our young people.

Adults Study@335Beekman — Adults not only study the Bible on Sunday mornings and at TNT (Thursday Nights Together), but also meet in homes throughout the week for fellowship and study.

Why do we Study@335Beekman?

Because we trust God’s promise: “That’s how it is with my words. They don’t return to me without doing everything I send them to do” (Isaiah 55:11 CEV)
