On Thursday, May 31, Graffiti 2 hosted our End of Year Celebration.
With the help of our mission partner, First Baptist Church (Georgetown, TX), our families came together for chili dogs, fellowship, and an encouraging word from Fabian Ramirez.
Fabian (pictured above) is a motivational speaker that travels the nation speaking about bullying. Graffiti 2 is blessed to have him serve on our board of directors. You can learn more about Fabian by visiting his website: https://www.fabianramirez.com/

Our End of Year Celebration is a time to celebrate all that takes place in G2 Kids, G.S.A.L.T., and Graffiti 2 Works during the school year. The video above shows some of the happenings from the year.
Pictured in the selfie above are some of the kids, youth, parents, families, artisans, volunteers, and staff that make up the Graffiti 2 family!
This year, Graffiti 2 also had four individuals receive the S.T.A.R.S. Award. The S.T.A.R.S. Award is based on Philippians 2:15 which says, “so that you may become blameless and pure, ‘children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.’ Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky.” The S.T.A.R.S. Award is given to individuals who Strive Toward Aptitude, Righteousness, and Success. The following individuals received the S.T.A.R.S. Award: Ayden Marcucci (attending afterschool from 1st-5th grade), Alex Soto (High School Graduate), Lorena Carcamo (College Graduate–Morrisville State College), and De’sean Cruz (College Graduate–SUNY Fredonia).
